Development Projects

Hadley Village

Hadley Village is a mixed-use development in Old Hickory with 39 townhomes and approximately 15,000 square feet of retail. The first residential units were delivered in the spring of 2021 and the final units in November 2021.  Commercial construction began in June 2021 and will continue until 2022.  

Scenic View

Scenic View is a development with 15 single-family homes in the historic Rayon City neighborhood of Old Hickory. Site work began in June 2021 and first homes will be ready in early 2022.
